Minehead Town Council
Minehead is a coastal town in Somerset with a population of just over 12,000 people. The town is administered by a Town Council which was created in 1983 and has been part of the West Somerset local government district since 1974 and which changed on 1st April 2019 to Somerset West and Taunton Council. Minehead is split into 5 wards - Alcombe North Ward, Alcombe South Ward, Minehead Central Ward, Minehead North Ward and Periton & Woodcombe Ward.
