Tennis Courts

The tennis courts at Irnham Road Recreation Ground have been refurbished and re-opened on 15 September 2020.
The tennis courts can be booked via the LTA Clubspark booking facility. There are two courts available, both £4 per hour.To book a court, please visit our ClubsPark Booking page.

Minehead Community Hall

Minehead Town Council opened the new community hall at the Recreation Ground in Irnham Road in October 2020. It was designed to cater for a wide variety of community groups. It now hosts various exercise classes, [yoga (3 classes per week), pilates, dance fit, circuits, legs bums and tums], West Somerset Stroke Club, Slimming World, Circle Dance, U3A Photographic Club, Old Time Dancing groups, AGE UK (Tai Chi, Strong and Steady and Balance and Co-ordination classes) and an NHS group. Minehead Football Club use the building on Wednesday evenings and weekends for their senior and junior training sessions and matches.
​The building has a licensed bar and can be booked for social occasions, seminars and meetings. Minehead Town Council hold all their Committee and Full Council meetings at the hall on Tuesday evenings.For information on booking the hall – ku.oc.licnuocnwotdaehenim%40ofniTel: 01643 707213
