The Exmoor Society is concerned about young people moving away from the moor in search of employment. The Pinnacle Award acts as a catalyst to unlock enterprise in young people by providing seed corn money for them to develop a rural business opportunity that may enable them to stay in the area. Some past winners are shown above and below on the poster - to view the poster VIEW HERE.
This is an annual award of £3,000 available to individuals or groups aged between 18 and 27 who live, work or study in the greater Exmoor area.

Business areas can include agriculture, forestry, conservation, horticulture, crafts, traditional skills and tourism.
