The Mayor Cllr Jean Parbrook attended the Annual General Meeting of the West Somerset Advice Bureau which was held at Carhampton Village Hall. There were a variety of local organisations attending with information about their services.
On the following day (17th November) she had the pleasure of opening a Pop-Up Charity Shop in the Old Hospital. This Charity Shop, run by the Rotary Club, allows smaller charities to have a retail outlet without the expense of permanent premises.
