The Mayor of Minehead Cllr Val Welch accompanied by her husband Tom Welch was invited to attend a Civic Day by the Mayor and Mayoress of Yeovil, Manny and Barbara Roper.
The Mayors visited Westland Helicopters and the Yeovil Town Football Club. The Mayor of Minehead Cllr Val Welch was amazed at how clean the Westland Helicopter factory was, she also saw a white helicopter that had its own shower and gold taps.
