The Mayor was invited to visit the Hope Centre which works hard in trying to help those that are less fortunate. Unfortunately, funding issues are preventing them doing as much as they would like, but they still manage to offer a free meal once a week and the opportunity of accessing bath/shower facilities. It also gave the Mayor an opportunity to have a chat with some of the people that the Centre support.
